Services

Hope Floats is a case management service that provides linkages to government programs, employment opportunities, housing resources, legal advice resources, in-home care service programs, financial assistance programs, and clothing resources.  We provide support services to families across the State of Maryland. We do this through virtual visits, phone contacts, and links to community services.  Hope Floats will be geared towards Medicare Recipients and individuals who have private insurances that do not offer case management services.  

MISSION:  All individuals can have the ability to life safe, to be successful, and live healthy.  Hope Floats will continuously search for local, state, and national programs that can be used to assist individuals with their care needs.
